Nicolas Blandin

Nicholas Blandin is a Parisian designer with a background in public relations and a discipline for mastering historical decorative techniques. He draws for numerous prestigious editors, collections of vases, lamps and accent furniture influenced by Art Deco Style and Neoclassicism. His collections are regularly selected by the greatest decoration stores and the famous decorators for prestigious construction projects.

Blandin is highly regarded by the editorial press for his designs for the collections of Kostka, Asiatides and Les Emaux de Longwy – a prestigious French factory that has produced enamelware since 1798. His Sunset Collection decorative vases were inspired by the Golden Twenties of France, Les Années Folles. Nicolas Blandin is also a painter and his work is regularly presented in Parisian and provincial galleries in France. Recently, he began creating small edition ceramics which he hand decorates and which are all one-of-a-kind pieces.
