Phrenology Head - Porcelain model

Phrenology, is the now completely abandoned teaching that stated that aptitude and character are determined by the growth of certain parts of the brain. The character could then be deduced from the shape of the skull, which would show certain cusps. 

Heads like this one could be found on doctors' desks in Victorian times. This replica is a nice curiosity to display at home as a decoration. A real conversation starter!
